Contract Agreement

Classroom Instruction: 

Classroom instruction is part of a package we provide to teen drivers. The classroom portion consists of 30 hours of instruction followed by 6 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction. The total number of hours for the classroom portion of our program consists of 30 hours of instruction. A lesson is sixty minutes. Dates for classes may be found on our website under Class Schedules/Scheduling? Generally, we provide weekend classes from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. We also have special “school break” classes that run Monday-Friday during winter break, spring break, and every week during the summer. See our website for exact dates, times, and locations of classes. The package rate for this program is $525.

Home Study Program: 

This program is part of a package we provide to teen drivers. It consists of 30 hours of instruction followed by 6 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction. A lesson is sixty minutes. This program is delivered via a flash drive and may be viewed on the student’s computer. A workbook and a flash drive are provided to the student. When this program is complete, the student returns all materials to us for grading, including a final exam. It is suggested, but not mandated, that the student complete the program within 2 months. Behind-the-wheel Instruction: 

6 hours of Behind-the-Wheel instruction is included in our package price of $525 for classroom instruction and the home study program. If a student does not want to purchase either of those programs, behind-the-wheel instruction by itself may be provided for $480 for six hours ($80/hour). Private behind-the-wheel instructional lessons may be purchased for $160 for a two-hour block. A $20 fee is required if a student does not show up for the lesson or does not give 24-hour advance notice. There are no vehicle charges or other charges for the student.

All contracts will extend for at least 12 months from the date of permit issuance.

This agreement constitutes the entire contract between the school and the student, and any verbal assurances or promises not contained herein are not binding on either the school or the student.

Under this agreement an instructor may not provide behind-the-wheel training to more than two individual students per session.
